I can't believe that Thanksgiving is tomorrow and then Christmas a mere month after that. Where has 2009 gone I ask you? Here is a card I made for my Copic marker class.
I love this Penny Black stamp because it lends itself beautifully for coloring in. I used my Copic Ciao markers to color in the image.
Then is used paper from Lasting Impressions for the card base, the torn printed background piece, plus all the mats. I also used my Coluzzle for cutting out the images and their respective mats.
Unfortunately Provo Craft has decided to discontinue the Coluzzle line of products. This is a shame because I'm using mine all the time and LOVE IT!
Finally for adding depth to the card, I used old puzzle pieces instead of foam tape or pop dots.
Hope you enjoy the card and have a wonderful day!

Am Back in Sunny Florida!
Needless to say I had a wonderful trip. It was great to see the family, plus my nephew Logan and my niece, Georgia. Of course, I've been sick with the flu since I got back late, last Wednesday night.
I'm finally making contact with the outside world again, basically having slept for almost 2 days!LOL
I'll be posting more creative ideas later, just didn't want everyone to worry that they hadn't heard from me for awhile!
Hope everyone has a fantastic week!

My Latest ATCs
I've been looking through my posts, and realized that I haven't posted too many ATC projects. For those of you who don't know what the acronym stands for, ATC means Artist Trading Cards.
These are mini works of art, that are traded as you would trade baseball or football cards. Here is one I did for an online Edgar Allen Poe swap,
The card was made using primarily Tim Holtz stamps plus the trees were from Stampscapes (which are one of my favorite lines by the way!) I stamped the images onto print paper, so that the pattern would show through the image.
I'm heading home today, to the great white north, know was Canada. By the time some of you read this I would have already surprised my mom for her birthday. I can't wait to see everyone, and I'll post some pictures later on in the week.
Hope everyone is having a great day!
